Prepare all types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese dishes.
Have expertise in noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, momos, spring rolls, soups, chilli chicken, chicken lollipop, and other Chinese starters and main-course dishes.
Handle wok cooking and maintain authentic Chinese flavours.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and food wastage.
Follow recipes, portion control, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
Strong knowledge of both ve6getarian and non-vegetarian Chinese cuisine.
Good skills in wok cooking, chopping, and food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
