We are hiring for Commi I (Kitchen)

Work Location: Kitchen
Reporting To: Senior Chef (CDP)
Location: Lulla Nagar, Bunb Gareden, Shivaji Nagar, Baner

Work Responsibilities:

• Come on time in clean uniform, shoes & head cap

• Help in opening kitchen (switch on gas, ovens, check fridge)

• Check if all equipment are working properly

• Check previous day food (mise-en-place) is fresh and usable

• Follow daily preparation list given by chef

• Arrange all raw materials and cooking tools before cooking

• Inform chef if anything is missing or not available

• Collect items from store or receiving area

Food Preparation Work:

• Wash and cut vegetables properly

• Help in basic cooking as per chef’s instructions

• Follow correct cooking methods

• Taste food (if told by chef) to ensure quality

• Help in serving and plating food properly

• Maintain correct portion size and presentation

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

• Maintain clean kitchen and work area

• Follow all food safety and hygiene rules

• Store food items properly after use

• Help in closing kitchen and cleaning section

Other Responsibilities:

• Avoid wastage of food and materials

• Help in reusing food safely as guided by chef

• Prepare next day prep list with chef

• Complete daily checklist tasks (cleaning, food check, etc.)

• Coordinate with team and follow instructions properly

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in kitchen / hotel / restaurant (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen work

• Hardworking and ready to learn

• Good team player

• Can work in fast-paced environment

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
