Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Specialist to join our kitchen team at Aroi's Dimsum Corner at Bingestreet Sector 74, Noida. The candidate should be skilled in preparing different varieties of sushi and independently managing the sushi preparation station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Maki, Uramaki, California Rolls and other sushi varieties.

• Handle sushi rice preparation, cutting, rolling and plating.

• Manage daily mise-en-place and ingredient preparation.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and storage standards.

• Ensure timely order execution and minimise food wastage.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on sushi preparation experience.

• Experience in Japanese or Pan-Asian kitchens.

• Knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sushi.

• Ability to independently manage a sushi station.

• Good speed, discipline and attention to detail.

Salary: As per experience and skill.
