Job Description

Arroy Foods is looking for an experienced and disciplined Commi 1 for its central

production kitchen. The role involves executing the daily production plan for frozen Asian food products, ensuring timely production, consistent quality, hygiene and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute daily production plans and complete assigned production targets on time.

•Handle preparation and production of Asian snacks like momos, spring rolls and other snacks at scale.

•Follow standard recipes, production processes, portion specifications and quality

standards.

•Ensure efficient utilisation of raw materials and minimise production wastage.

•Maintain food safety, personal hygiene and cleanliness of the production area.

•Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and team members to ensure smooth

workflow and timely dispatch.

•Maintain proper handling, storage and movement of raw materials and finished

goods.

•Follow batch-wise production, labelling and inventory procedures as required.

Candidate Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in a base kitchen, central production kitchen, catering

kitchen or banquet production kitchen.

•Experience in bulk food production and executing production plans is essential.

•Ability to work in a structured, target-driven production environment.

•Knowledge of food hygiene, quality standards and kitchen safety.

•Disciplined, punctual and comfortable working in a 10-hour shift, with overtime as

required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in large-scale food preparation, standardised

production and Asian food products.

Arroy Foods की सेंट्रल प्रोडक्शन किचन के लिए अनुभवी कम्मी 1 की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को

रोज़ाना के प्रोडक्शन प्लान के अनुसार काम पूरा करना होगा और प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी, समय पर

उत्पादन तथा साफ-सफाई के मानकों का पालन करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

•रोज़ाना के प्रोडक्शन प्लान के अनुसार निर्धारित काम समय पर पूरा करना।

•डिमसम, मोमोज, स्प्रिंग रोल और अन्य एशियन फूड प्रोडक्ट्स का उत्पादन करना।

•रेसिपी, मात्रा, स्वाद और क्वालिटी में एकरूपता बनाए रखना।

•कच्चे माल का सही उपयोग करना और वेस्टेज कम रखना।

•फूड सेफ्टी, साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन के नियमों का पालन करना।

•प्रोडक्शन सुपरवाइज़र के साथ मिलकर काम करना और समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना।

•कच्चे माल और तैयार उत्पादों की सही हैंडलिंग एवं स्टोरेज करना।

योग्यता एवं अनुभव

•बेस किचन, सेंट्रल प्रोडक्शन किचन, कैटरिंग या बैंक्वेट किचन में 3–5 साल का अनुभव।

•बड़ी मात्रा में भोजन बनाने और दैनिक प्रोडक्शन टारगेट पूरा करने का अनुभव आवश्यक।

•अनुशासित, जिम्मेदार और टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।

कार्यस्थल: C-79, सेक्टर 88, नोएडा​

शिफ्ट: 10 घंटे + ओवरटाइम (OT)​
