Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen
Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques
Expertise in wok tossing and fast-paced kitchen work
Ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure during rush hours
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Indo-Chinese cuisine
Experience in bulk/corporate catering is a plus
Basic inventory and kitchen management knowledge
