Have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, seasonings, and cooking techniques.
Prepare dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, momos, soups, and other Chinese specialties.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage ingredients, stock, and portion control to minimize wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
Follow recipes and maintain kitchen standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chinese Chef.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to handle kitchen operations independently.
Knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese dishes.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
