Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled dishes

• Ensure proper marination of meats and vegetables according to recipes

• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently

• Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor area and equipment

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

• Manage inventory and minimize food wastage

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef

• Strong knowledge of Indian/North Indian cuisine

• Ability to work in high-temperature environments

• Good time management and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary certification or relevant training

• Experience in hotels or high-volume restaurants

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as stir-fries, noodles, rice, soups, and appetizers

• Ensure authentic flavors and presentation of Chinese cuisine

• Operate kitchen equipment including wok stations efficiently

• Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance

• Assist in menu planning and new dish development

• Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations
