Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook food according to daily requirements.

2. Plan daily menus and manage food preparation.

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

4. Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.

5. Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation.

6. Manage kitchen inventory and avoid unnecessary wastage.

7. Maintain proper handling of kitchen equipment.

8. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

9. Coordinate with management regarding daily food requirements.

10. Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook.

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

• Ability to prepare different types of food.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in an office, restaurant, hotel, or institutional kitchen.

• Ability to manage daily kitchen operations independently.

• Basic knowledge of food inventory and cost control.
