We are looking for a passionate, skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for menu execution, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. If you have a deep love for food, a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Menu & Inventory Management: Assist in creating innovative menus, managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and minimizing food waste.
Kitchen Leadership: Oversee, train, and motivate line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a spotlessly clean kitchen, adhering to all local health department regulations, food safety standards, and FIFO protocols.
Quality Control: Inspect all ingredients for freshness and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
