Location: Cyber Hub, Gurugram

Experience: Min 4–6 years of total culinary experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on authentic Neapolitan pizza. Experience working in an authentic Italian restaurant, pizzeria, or a brand known for Neapolitan pizza.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas

Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and quality control

Operate wood-fired/gas pizza ovens efficiently

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards

Support kitchen operations and team coordination

Requirements:

Experience in Neapolitan pizza preparation and baking

Strong knowledge of dough handling and fermentation techniques

Passion for quality, consistency, and innovation

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
