Chef De Partie

Job Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Operations

   • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.

   • Work across different kitchen stations, including pizza, preparation, pastry, and other assigned sections.

   • Ensure food is prepared on time with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

   • Set up and maintain kitchen stations before, during, and after each shift.

2. Food Safety & Hygiene

   • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

   • Follow food safety standards, including proper food storage, labelling, and temperature monitoring.

   • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations.

3. Teamwork & Coordination

   • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

   • Follow instructions from Trainers, Leaders, and Managers.

   • Support team members and maintain a positive working environment.

4. Training & Development

   • Learn and improve kitchen skills through on-the-job training.

   • Senior team members will guide and train junior staff.

   • Trainers and Leaders will support skill development, performance improvement, and team training.

5. Kitchen Operations & Team Management

   • Senior-level team members will support daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality.

   • Trainers and Leaders will guide team members, monitor performance, and ensure SOP compliance.

   • Leaders will support shift planning, task allocation, attendance monitoring, inventory management, and food waste control.

6. Quality Control & Improvement

   • Maintain consistent food quality and follow standard recipes.

   • Report food quality, equipment, or safety issues to the concerned supervisor.

   • Help improve kitchen efficiency, teamwork, and daily work processes.

Requirements:

• Interest in kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.

• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and follow food safety standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for senior positions based on their skills and experience

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
