Prepare and cook various chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat, Ragda Pattice, etc.
Ensure authentic taste, correct portion size, and attractive presentation.
Prepare chutneys, gravies, fillings, and toppings as per standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms).
Manage raw material usage and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations.
Handle customer preferences and special requests politely when required.
Assist in stock checking and inform supervisor about shortages.
