United Food Ventures & Associates is looking for an experienced and creative Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality continental cuisine across our café/restaurant outlets.

👨‍🍳 Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute continental menus (Italian, French, Mediterranean, European cuisine).

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.

• Control food cost, portioning, wastage, and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.

• Train kitchen staff and support new menu launches.

• Coordinate with management on menu pricing and innovation.

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.

• 5+ years of experience in continental cuisine (Head Chef / Sous Chef background preferred).

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, costing, and hygiene standards.

• Leadership skills and ability to manage a high-pressure kitchen environment.
