Job Role:

Swish is hiring an experienced CDP (Chef de Partie) specializing in South Indian cuisine for our central kitchen in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutneys, etc.)
Ensure taste consistency and quality standards
Manage prep, portioning, and kitchen hygiene
Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and SOP compliance

Requirements:

3+ years experience in South Indian cooking
Experience in high-volume kitchen preferred
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
Ability to handle shift operations
