Job Title: Cake Maker

Job Summary:
A Cake Maker is responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating high-quality cakes according to company standards and customer requirements. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strict adherence to hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cake batters, creams, fillings, and icings as per standard recipes.

• Bake cakes with proper measurements, temperature control, and timing.

• Design and decorate cakes based on customer orders and company specifications.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area following food safety standards.

• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and inform the supervisor of shortages.

• Handle equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.

• Follow production schedules to meet daily targets.

• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of materials.

• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
