Cafe Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Café Staff to lead our kitchen team at Mr.Grill Expresss. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing high-quality meals and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for menu execution, kitchen organization, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently according to our recipes.

• Kitchen Management: Set up the kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipment for smooth daily operations.

• Menu & Recipes: Study recipes, gather fresh ingredients, and assist in menu planning or daily specials.

• Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely service.

• Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, including fresh food checks and proper stock rotation.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 Months to 6+ Years of experience in a professional kitchen or cafe environment.

• Skills: Strong familiarity with diverse cooking techniques, sanitation regulations, and excellent time management and "Co-operative the customer and knows customer handling as well". This is the focused we want.

• Attributes: Proven leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

• In-Hand Salary: 12,000-15,000 (Vary on your role) per month.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
