🔹 Key Responsibilities :-

• Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.

  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

• Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

  • Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.

• Café Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tables, and café area.

  • Restock supplies (beans, milk, syrups, pastries) as needed.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

• Cash Handling

  • Process payments via cash, card, or digital methods.

  • Maintain accurate billing and daily sales records.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Coffee Knowledge → Basic understanding of espresso, brewing methods, and café menu items.

• Customer Service Skills → Friendly, approachable, and able to handle busy rush hours.

• Attention to Detail → Ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

• Teamwork → Ability to work with kitchen and service staff.

• Time Management → Efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.

🔹 Qualifications :-

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior café/restaurant experience preferred .

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
