• Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and company standards, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.

• Marination and Dough Preparation: Marinate meats and prepare dough for naan and roti, mastering the art of cooking at high temperatures to achieve authentic flavors.

• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized tandoor oven area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies, assisting with menu planning and cost control measures related to tandoori items.

• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise assistant chefs and kitchen staff in tandoori cooking techniques, ensuring a high standard of culinary practice.

• Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive relationship with customers, responding to inquiries related to tandoori items and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
