Job description:
Job Description – Barista
Location: Coffee Kiosk / Corporate Site
Reporting To: Store Supervisor / Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene, and smooth kiosk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standards
Operate coffee machines and POS/cash counter
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Manage basic stock and follow safety guidelines
Provide polite and prompt customer service
Requirements:
10th/12th pass
0–2 years experience
Basic coffee knowledge and good communication skills
Willing to work in shifts
Compensation: As per company policy
