We are looking for a Post – Executive – Operations and CEO Support / Sr. Executive – Operations and CEO Support to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Running of insurance portals as and when required.
· Branch monitoring for business.
· Coordinating with Branch for business and operation related matters.
· Handling mails of the CEO and help him in correspondence, preparations of documents, PowerPoint presentations, retrieval of data and miscellaneous matter like travel, hotel booking etc.
· Maintenance of the personal documents of ED cum CEO
· Any other administrative work as assigned.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
