Banking Executive

Job Description

Statcon Energiaa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Banking Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of banking procedures, documentation, and financial coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily banking transactions, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque processing.

• Coordinate with banks regarding account-related queries and documentation.

• Maintain banking records and reconcile bank statements.

• Prepare and process financial documents related to payments and receipts.

• Assist in cash flow management and banking compliance.

• Follow up with banks for approvals, account updates, and other operational requirements.

• Maintain proper records of all banking activities.

• Work closely with the finance and accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of banking operations and financial documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
