Role Overview
The Activation Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities from the date of franchise agreement signing until the successful launch of the salon. The role requires close coordination with franchise partners, vendors, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely salon setup and smooth launch execution.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Activation & Project Coordination
Take ownership of salon activation from franchise agreement signing to salon launch.
Prepare and monitor activation timelines and project schedules.
Ensure all milestones are achieved within the committed timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution.
Franchisee Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners during the setup phase.
Provide regular guidance and support to franchisees.
Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely decision-making from franchise partners.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with interior contractors, equipment suppliers, branding vendors, and other service providers.
Track vendor deliveries and installation schedules.
Ensure quality standards and timelines are maintained throughout the project.
Salon Setup & Launch Readiness
Monitor salon fit-out, branding installation, equipment setup, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
Coordinate procurement and installation of salon furniture, equipment, and consumables.
Status Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily progress reports for all assigned projects.
Share regular status updates with management and franchise partners.
Track project risks, delays, and escalation points.
Maintain project documentation and activation records.
Launch Planning & Execution
Coordinate pre-launch activities and launch readiness checks.
Ensure all operational requirements are completed before opening.
Support marketing and launch activation initiatives.
Facilitate smooth handover to the operations team after launch.
Required Skills
Strong project coordination and execution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
Ability to work under deadlines and travel frequently.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/Management degree preferred.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in project coordination, franchise operations, retail expansion, salon/spa operations, hospitality, or vendor management.
Freshers with exceptional coordination and communication skills may also be considered.
