We are looking for a GeM Tender Executive to join our team at Roch Mechatronics Inc. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant tenders/bids on GeM portal
Analyze bid requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
Prepare and submit bids within deadlines
Participate in reverse auctions and price negotiations
Manage day-to-day activities on GeM portal
Product listing, catalog creation, and updates
Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and policies
OEM Authorization / MAF
Technical compliance sheets
EMD / PBG / Bank Guarantee
Company certificates and legal documents

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
