Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketplace Sales & Liaison Executive who has hands-on experience in managing and growing product sales on major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong contacts within marketplace platforms and the ability to coordinate and resolve operational requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
Handle end-to-end marketplace operations including product uploads, catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to improve product visibility and sales.
Utilize existing contacts within marketplaces to resolve issues related to listings, payments, logistics, and account health.
Work on marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional opportunities to increase sales.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Ensure smooth order processing, inventory updates, and returns management.
Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years experience in handling sales on online marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards and seller panels.
Existing contacts and ability to liaise with marketplace teams for operational and growth opportunities.
Understanding of cataloguing, SEO for listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive marketplace growth.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or fashion products will be an added advantage.
