Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks including filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Data Management: Assist in updating internal databases and spreadsheets related to sales, inventory, or client contacts.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or directors.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain the company calendar, and assist in organizing travel or logistical arrangements for the leadership team.
E-commerce Coordination: Assist the retail team with basic order tracking.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist guests or clients visiting the office, ensuring a professional first impression of Strat & Wolf.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Organization: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
