The Executive Assistant to the Board will serve as the central coordination and execution support for the founders’ office, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and follow-up of board decisions across all key functions of the company. The role will support the three founders who oversee: • Technical / Engineering / Service Operations • Finance / Accounts / Banking / Compliance • Marketing / Business Development / Administration / Government Liaison The position requires a highly organized, trustworthy and proactive professional capable of handling confidential information, coordinating multiple functions, and ensuring timely execution of strategic decisions.
