About the Role

Mozno Wealth is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Wealth Operations Executive to support wealth-management practice. The role involves handling end-to-end investment operations across mutual funds, fixed income, PMS, AIFs and related financial products, while ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client interaction, documentation, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination across internal teams and product partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investment operations, settlements, and reconciliations.

• Handle client onboarding, including KYC, FATCA, and related documentation.

• Execute mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.

• Track portfolio updates, NAV movements, and corporate actions.

• Prepare MIS reports and support client investment reporting.

• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate client data management.

• Coordinate with internal teams, AMC/RTA/platform partners, and clients for smooth execution.

• Resolve client operational queries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills

• Experience in wealth management, brokerage, or financial operations.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Basic to advanced Excel knowledge.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

• Good understanding of financial products and portfolio processes.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under timelines.
