Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder and leadership team. The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, track tasks, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar and schedule meetings.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings with teams and clients.

• Take Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items.

• Follow up with internal teams for task completion.

• Assist Founder during business discussions and meetings.

• Maintain daily and weekly reports for leadership.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Manage communication and filter important information for the Founder.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Admin / Operations role

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
