Ecommerce Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations across our online sales platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and website orders. This role is ideal for someone experienced in seller account management, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, and administrative data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily operations for Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts

- Handle order processing, dispatches, returns, and inventory updates across marketplaces

- Maintain website order inventory, dispatch tracking, and stock accuracy

- Ensure accurate data entry, product listings, and account information management

- Monitor seller dashboards, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with external agencies if required

- Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make timely corrections

- Organize and maintain physical and digital operational records

- Generate internal reports, summaries, and performance data

- Support administrative tasks across departments when needed

- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in E-commerce operations / marketplace management

- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub

- Experience in dispatch management, order fulfillment, and inventory control

- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills

- High attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, inventory systems, order management tools)

- Comfortable working 6 days a week

Preferred:

- Experience in automotive or product-based e-commerce businesses

- Familiarity with website backend order management systems

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
