JD Store Manager
Location - Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Manage day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and service workflow.
Ensure smooth coordination between CRM, technicians, and customers.
Maintain service turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and service standards.
2. Repair Process Management
Monitor repair quality and ensure minimum repeat repairs / complaints.
Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repairs.
3. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate spare parts inventory and stock records.
Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder parts when required.
Conduct daily/weekly inventory audits.
Prevent stock discrepancies, losses, or misuse of parts.
Track consumption of spare parts per repair.
4. Team Management
Assign daily tasks and manage shift-wise manpower planning.
Monitor team productivity and discipline.
Handle customer escalations and service complaints.
Ensure clear communication regarding repair status.
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily reports including:
Repair volume
Revenue
Inventory usage
Pending repair.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mobile device repair operations
Inventory management and stock control
Leadership and team management skills
Excel / Inventory management software knowledge
Operational planning and process improvement
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years experience in service center / repair store operations
