Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at Vaishnavi Group. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and working on company portals and systems as required while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. The candidate will also assist in HR database management, client email communication, and maintaining daily miscellaneous sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.

·        Assist in HR database management and record maintenance.

·        Drafting, reading and understand official E-Mails, letters & documents carefully and should be able handle and respond to client emails and communications.

·        Maintain daily miscellaneous sheets and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Qualification: Graduate or above.

·        Have experience in working on Government based projects.

·        Good communication skills both verbal and written.

·        Should have experience dealing with higher profiles clients.

·        Good typing skills with high accuracy (22-25 WPM).

·        Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Outlook.

·        Familiarity with data entry tools and software.

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
