We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Generate reports as required
Perform regular data backups and quality checks
Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Fast typing speed with high accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Basic knowledge of data management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
