Backend Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end tendering processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders from various portals (Government, private, e-procurement platforms).

• Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.

• Prepare and compile tender documents including technical and commercial bids.

• Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, finance, legal) for required inputs.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders (online/offline).

• Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

• Follow up on submitted tenders and track results.

• Handle pre-qualification documents, EMDs, BOQs, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and tender guidelines.

• Assist in vendor registrations and documentation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering/bidding processes.

• Familiarity with government portals such as CPPP, GeM, or other e-tender platforms.

• Strong understanding of tender documentation and compliance requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
