Responsibilities:

1. Manage and provide guidance to the interior design team.

2. Coordinate and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously.

3. Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the team.

4. Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts.

5. Review and approve design documentation for accuracy and compliance.

6. Collaborate with other departments, consultants, and contractors.

7. Ensure design quality and provide feedback to team members.

8. Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation.

9. Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

10. Participate in presentations, design reviews, and meetings.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

 Previous experience in site engineering or construction supervision is preferred.

 Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality standards.

 Familiarity with construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

 Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.

 Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
