🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and preferences
• Handle costing, material selection and project planning
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate project execution
• Handle clients and resolve project-related escalations
• Pitch design concepts and projects according to client preferences and budget
• Manage projects from scratch to completion
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products including Wallcoverings, Furnishings & Furniture
• Prepare BOQs, design details and project documentation
• Assist clients with furniture selection and specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, project managers and supervisors
• Ensure smooth project execution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ Strong knowledge of Interior Design & Project Handling
✅ Good understanding of materials, furniture and furnishings
✅ Experience in client handling and site visits
✅ Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions
✅ Experience in BOQ preparation and costing
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Good vendor and project coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution
