Job వివరణ

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a solid understanding of architectural drafting, construction details, and 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate architectural working drawings, plans, elevations, and details using AutoCAD.
Build 3D models and conceptual visualizations in SketchUp.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to revise and update drawings based on project requirements.
Assist in site measurements and translate site context into technical drawings.
Maintain organized drawing files and CAD standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–3 years in architectural drafting/detailing.
Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp (3D modeling). (V-Ray or rendering plugin skills are a bonus).
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and detailing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
