Production Supervisor

We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team at Ashvir Arts to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning – Plan daily production activities as per project requirements and deadlines.

• Team Supervision – Manage and supervise production workers, helpers, and operators.

• Work Allocation – Assign tasks to team members and ensure work is completed on time.

• Quality Control – Check the quality, finishing, dimensions, and accuracy of production work.

• Material Management – Coordinate with stores/purchase team for required materials and avoid material wastage.

• Production Monitoring – Monitor daily production progress and update the Production Manager.

• Project Deadline – Ensure production work is completed according to the project schedule.

• Safety Compliance – Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety procedures.

• Coordination – Coordinate with Production Manager, Project Coordinator, CNC Operator, vendors, and installation teams.

• Problem Solving – Identify production issues and take corrective action to avoid delays.

• Daily Reporting – Maintain daily production records, manpower details, material usage, and work progress.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience.
