We are looking for a Civil draughtsman to join our team at Vision Associates to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create MEP designs for Plumbing / Electrical / Fire concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
