📌 Job Title: Accounts Executive – Taxation🏢 Department: Finance & Accounts🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM💼 Experience Required: 2–5 Years (including 2–3 Years in a CA Firm)🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or Equivalent💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹,2500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDirect TaxationEnsure timely and accurate compliance with all direct tax regulations.Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.Coordinate with consultants and auditors for tax assessments, queries, and notices.TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)Perform monthly TDS computation and deduction.Ensure timely deposit of TDS to the government.Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, etc.).Reconcile TDS ledgers and manage issuance of Form 16 / 16A.Statutory CompliancesPrepare and file MSME Returns within prescribed timelines.Handle DPT-3 return filing as per Companies Act requirements.Compute and deposit Professional Tax (PT) and file monthly/annual PT returns.Calculate and remit Advance Tax for applicable quarters.Bookkeeping & Data EntryManage day-to-day accounting and data entry in Tally or other accounting software.Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer reconciliation.Maintain books of accounts as per statutory and internal guidelines.Finalization of AccountsAssist in year-end closing activities and preparation for statutory audits.Prepare schedules and ledgers for audit review.Coordinate with auditors during the finalization of accounts.Tax Audit PreparationPrepare reports, statements, and working papers required for tax audits.Maintain complete supporting documentation for audit review.Assist in filing of tax audit reports (Form 3CD and related forms).🔹 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Direct Taxes, TDS provisions, and statutory compliances.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime or similar accounting software.Familiarity with Companies Act filings (MSME, DPT-3).Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
