Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, a basic understanding of GST, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting and billing operations efficiently.

This role is best suited for candidates with around 1 year of experience who are looking to enhance their skills in accounting, taxation, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

• Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase invoices, and billing records

• Assist in GST data preparation, filing support, and related documentation

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper financial record maintenance

• Maintain ledgers and ensure all accounting records are up to date

• Handle billing processes, invoicing, and petty cash management

• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and verification

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any related commerce field

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
