Job Summary

The Accountant will handle routine accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounts operations. The role focuses on basic bookkeeping, data entry, and compliance support under supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software

• Record purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries

• Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and vouchers

• Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

• Support GST data preparation and basic return filing assistance

• Assist in TDS entries and statutory compliance documentation

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for routine account matters

• Support month-end closing activities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred

• Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience can apply
