Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced junior accountant (female) to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our office located in Kasna Site-5, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, good communication skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and Busy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and bills.

• Work with Tally ERP and Busy accounting software for data entry and reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Coordinate with customers for payments, invoicing, and follow-ups.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.

• Maintain accurate records and documents for auditing purposes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Busy software.

• Good understanding of accounting principles.

• Strong customer handling and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
