We are looking for an Junior Accountant to join our team at at Ocean Fortune Marine Private Limited.

Junior Accountant – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Handle Tally data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliations (BRS) on a regular basis.

- Perform General Ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of ledger balances.

- Record and maintain day-to-day sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.

- Assist in preparing monthly MIS / accounting reports and other regular financial reports.

- Maintain proper monthly accounting files, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents in an organized manner.

- Ensure all accounting records and documents are updated and properly filed month-wise.

- Assist in accounts payable and receivable related activities.

- Assist senior accountants in GST, TDS and other routine compliance-related work as required.

- Check accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy.

- Coordinate with the concerned team for missing invoices, bills or other accounting documents.

- Perform other day-to-day accounting tasks assigned by the senior accountant/management.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.

- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge can also apply.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
