We are looking for an Jr. Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers 15K and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Email checking on the common company email ID' - Input & Output
Enquiry Handling - Enquiry Sheet udpadtion & Tracking, Follow up for Drawings
Quotations with Parking vendors, Follow up for Bills Drawings, Quotations with Parking vendors, Data Base Management - Project, Quotations of CLIENTS,
Data Base Management - Project, Quotations of CLIENTS & PARKING VENDORS,
Overall Presentations and Dash Boards updations/data maintenance on Excel MIS reports, Data Base Management - Project, Billing & Updating of PI & Invoice MIS sheets,
Data Base Management -, Customer ledger management,
All soft copies & Hard copies data mangenent on the servers, - Such as monthly invoice declaration and data sharing, Monthly GST return traking, TDS confirmations with client,
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is B.com graduate and 6m-2y. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
