• Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

• 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary

Logicmax is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling all accounts-related activities without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Book-keeping: Record and classify daily financial transactions into the general ledger, Purchase & expenses entries.

• Reconciliation: Match bank statements, vendor invoices, and customer receipts, resolving any financial discrepancies.

• Invoicing & Payments: Issue client invoices, process accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor disbursements.

• Compliance: Assist senior accountants in document filings (Basic Knowledge of TDS, GST, corporate taxes)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance (Internship from CA Firm is preferred)

• 0-1 year of practical experience in corporate accounting or full-charge book-keeping.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word (basic) and accounting software like Tally ERP compulsory.
