Job Title: Billing Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring accurate billing processes. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of billing software, good numerical skills, and the ability to handle customer queries related to invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices accurately.
Maintain and update billing records and reports.
Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for billing-related tasks.
Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
Maintain proper documentation of all billing transactions.
Ensure timely billing and reporting.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in billing or related roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with POS or retail billing systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
