Job Summary:
The Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing customer creditworthiness, and ensuring that credit decisions are made in accordance with company policies and risk guidelines. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate loan applications in line with company credit policies.

• Verify customer documents and financial details before approval.

• Conduct risk assessment and ensure proper due diligence of applicants.

• Approve or recommend loan applications based on credit analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of credit decisions and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with the operations and collections teams to ensure smooth processing and monitoring of cases.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential credit risks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance or related field preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in credit assessment, loan processing, or financial services.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of credit evaluation and documentation processes.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

• Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.
