Position: Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handling B2B sales coordination with clients and dealers
Maintaining client follow-ups and generating business leads
Preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Coordinating with customers regarding orders and delivery updates
Maintaining sales and purchase account entries properly
Managing billing, GST bills, and payment records
Handling daily accounts and basic office documentation
Updating reports in Excel, Tally, and accounting software
Building good relationships with business clients and vendors
Coordinating with management for sales and account-related activities
Skills Required:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge in Accounts and Billing
Knowledge in MS Excel and Tally
Ability to handle B2B client coordination professionally
Smart, responsible, and target-oriented candidate preferred
Preferred Candidate:
B.Com / Any Degree can apply
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours: 10.00AM - 07.00PM
