Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Monthly MIS within timelines

• Managing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis

• Overseeing internal and statutory audits with timely closure

• Working capital management and control over advances

• Evaluation of Capex proposals and creditor payments

• Inventory control including slow/non-moving stock management

• Ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS/TCS, PF, ESI, Labour Laws)

• Handling GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance tracking

• Managing sales accounting (E-invoicing, E-way bills, debit/credit notes)

• Monitoring manpower cost and labour compliance

• Risk mitigation through insurance and claims management

• Driving ERP transition and automation initiatives
