We provide end-to-end workforce management, payroll processing, compliance, and recruitment services for blue-collar and white-collar employees.

Role Overview – Accounts Executive:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, payroll, compliance, and MIS activities.
The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in statutory compliance, preferably in the service or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (A/P, A/R, vouchers, reconciliations).
✅ Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.
✅ Support NAPS/NATS claim accounting, reimbursements, and documentation.
✅ Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
✅ Prepare and share MIS reports on time.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants.
✅ Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
💼 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance (Service / Staffing industry preferred).
📊 Basic understanding of NAPS/NATS processes will be an advantage.
💻 Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
🤝 Good communication and coordination skills.
